Wonderful, kind patient case worker that gave me a lot of time explaining things!

Since I started working with your office, I’ve felt completely lost. No one ever explained the process or next steps, leading to significant miscommunication. Months would pass without any updates from Morgan & Morgan, leaving me in the dark. I felt pressured into accepting a deal that I never believed was in the best interest of myself or my partner, but I had no choice due to the lack of communication with my attorney, whom I barely spoke to. I understand that legal matters can be complex, which is why people hire attorneys—to guide them, provide information, and help them make informed decisions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm. Additionally, I received calls from different paralegals, and it seemed like the paralegal on our case changed several times. Each time, I had to start from the very beginning, often months apart. When I emailed the office for updates, I never received a response. Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I would never work with this office again.
