I'm disabled I was ran over on New Year's by a truck the driver he was arrested and charged cause he ran me over on purpose. I contacted Morgan & Morgan the next day they said I had a strong case since my foot was broken and I needed surgery. They took my case immediately after that phone call I never able to contact Morgan & Morgan by phone. I got two emails telling me to keep going to the medical facility they sent me to.But the medical facility was committing Medicaid fraud it was trying to get me to do x-rays on stuff that wasn't wrong with me. Morgan and Morgan told me it would build up my case if I had a lot of medical bills I was very confused I felt like I was committing fraud on Medicaid so I refuse to go to the apartments. I contacted Morgan Morgan after 5 and a half months thru email I let them know I wanted to settle out the case I was done I never heard from them ever and I was tired of dealing with a bad law firm. They let me know if I settled now the money will be a very small amount it was better off to keep going to the appointments and build the case up. I said no I had a broken foot on x-rays and I walked with a limp and I have body scars I didn't have a head injury or back injury like a medical facility claimed. Morgan & Morgan told me not to worry about the bills.If they didn't win the case since I had full Medicaid coverage that they would pay for anything out of Pocket. Through email I told the lawyer I just wanted to settle I didn't care about it a little amount of money and he insisted I go to the medical and I said no I was done less than 2 weeks later they dropped my case and said they couldn't help me no more I'm going to turn them into Medicaid cuz I believe they're committing fraud by sending their clients to the same facility who's committing fraud.
