I was in a motor vehicle accident in March and within 5mos of the accident here I am finally to the finish line with my case. I am so thankful my friend referred me to this law firm where the lawyers and legal assistants worked tirelessly and diligently to ensure that I would receive justice being that I was injured and displaced by the at fault party. I definitely recommend them and their legal team! They will fight for you and with you in mind and are very respectful, considerate and communicative throughout the duration of the case to let you know where you stand! Thank you for all you guys have done.

I would like to thank the staff of Brooks Law Group for representing me and making sure I wasn't being taken advantage of by the insurance company... Thank you for the MRI's and therapy sessions I was able to attend to figure out what is actually causing my pain from the car accident in November... I appreciate when I was able to get to speak to someone to help me with questions and concerns with my case... A bit of criticism.... It would be nice to have an attorney who would be more concerned about my health and not just focusing on the case... It would also be nice to meet the attorney who's representing me putting a face with the clients you represent.... As a client I guess I just wanted to feel that I mattered to you and get what I deserved... Thank you and great job for the settlement and hopefully in future endeavors all clients can feel the love...

DON’T look to Brooks. I had to fight them every minute of the way to my lowly settlement for handicap violations and two fractures. Brooks blamed Covid for everything. Not one lawyer, etc., was trustworthy. I should have trust my ‘gut’ the first meeting. This law firm should be investigated by the state.

I was in my first car accident and was unsure about the next steps to take. All I knew I was in PAIN, missing work, traumatized, and my car was completely totalled. Someone I knew said they went through brooks for their car accident so I called them. I met my lawyer once and everything else was done through her legal assistant. He recommended a place to go for pt. I ended up with 3 herniated discs 3 bulging discs contusions and twisted pelvis. Long story short they were only able to get my normal 10k payout and most of that went towards leftover medical expenses that my car insurance didnt cover and lawyer fees. I was left with about 5100. When i asked the legal assistant is that all? He said that the guy who hit me had next to no insurance.... i was like ohhhh okay i guess this is all yall were able to do, and thank you for helping me. I was initially going to go with Morgan and Morgan but I didn't know how everything would work out being that the at fault driver that hit me had died. Looking back on this experience I should of went with my first mind. Because i met someone who just recently settled up with their accident and got over 27k after lawyers fees and she only had 1 bulging disc pain and a totalled car.....
