They were a great help and very attentive when dealing with my case. They always got back to me very quickly when I had a question or concern revolving my case thank you Brooks law group I will definitely refer you to friends and family.

My case worker never contacted me, I was the one that would have to constantly be calling, I called to ask for my case worker and found out he longer worked there no one ever called me to let me know and then I was told my case was denied by their office, that they could not represent me, and they stated a letter was sent to me informing of this, I never received the letter and still do not have a letter nor an explanation for the denial, this is very unprofessional, they should of handled things in a better matter and from the beginning be honest with me of their intentions not wanting to deal with me and of course I am still suffering pain for my accident with no solution.

Got into a four car collision in May earlier this year. My car was totaled. My uncle told me he was getting a lawyer, which was brooks law group. So I did too. They took over right away. Answering calls, sending emails and replying back to me on time. It is currently September in the same year and I just closed on my case. It was very successful, and professional.
