As someone who has worked in the industry, I've seen how so many personal injury lawyers don't really care about their clients. The clients are a means to a check. Steve has set a clear culture where serving the client is priority. It's so cliche. But here it's true. They both get good results and they actually do right by their clients. With each person I talked to, I got the impression that what concerned me mattered to them. Whereas with other lawyers...it's not at all the case.
