In a bad situation I found Mr Berlinsky and his law firm. I found him to be very professional, good at the service that he provides and straightforward! His prices are fair and he was always available to answer any questions that I had! His receptionist Lauren is the best! because if I had a question that she couldn’t answer she would get the answer and always return my calls. In my opinion I strongly recommend the Berlinsky Law Firm! You may not see him but he is always there!

Unfortunately my household income was severely affected due to the Covid economic situation. I had excellent credit and always have been a responsible person with my finances, this hardship situation wasn’t expected. Then I decided to call Attorney Berlinsky for Bankruptcy advice and since day one he was very thorough and helpful in explaining to me with detail the entire bankruptcy process. After a telephone interview that was done at no charge to me, Mr.Berlinsky described and recommended which Bankruptcy proceeding or Chapter it was suitable for me. I appreciated that he was in no hurry during the telephone conversation and he listened very careful while I described my financial situation. Since the Telephone conversation, I felt that I had called the right Law Firm and person to assist me in filing my Bankruptcy. Once I decided to proceed, Mr Berlinsky “took me by the hand” to the entire process explaining every step with detail. And more than one time he helped me like reading and answering my emails after hours. Also his office assistance Lisa was great, very professional and answering all my calls immediately. All I had to do was follow the instructions provided by Mr.Berlinsky and finally today I feel the relief of being debt free and my stressful situation is gone. The Creditors stopped calling and harassing me, it was incredible how all creditors stopped calling me. I recommend the Bankruptcy filing and process that Mr. Berlinsky offers, just make sure you do your part and follow the instructions, Mr.Berlinsky will “walk you” through the entire process. I am thankful that I chose the Berlinsky Law Firm for my Bankruptcy Filings. KF

I sought legal representation through Mr. Berlinsky. Although we were able to get through the process...I felt I was left a little bit in the dark with some of the items included in my bankruptcy. I found it very difficult to get a response from his office after the court proceeding. When I was in his office, I was told my tax debt could be included. After 4 phone messages, and 3 emails-1 month later to his office... The response was ”I’m not a tax lawyer.” This response I received left me in the dark, leaving me making multiple unsuccessful phone calls to the IRS for the last week. I would have been satisfied and would have left a better rating if I would have been told this information from the beginning.

Family used firm over the years. Will take care of everything. Highly recommended to anyone who is in need of help
