Amy Smith goes above and beyond for her clients! She is hands down an amazing person and professional in and out of the office. She does a lot of volunteer work in the community which was an important factor in my decision to use her.

My husband and I were attacked by two Pit Bulls in November. We bot sustained permanent damage to our hands from the bites while trying to protect our dog. She also was bitten, and required medical care. Polk county did not seem to think that these dogs should be deemed dangerous. They have had a long history in the neighborhood of being aggressive. I love animals, but these types of dogs. The owner was irresponsible, and I am just glad that we did not have a small child with us, or they would have killed the kid. I went to several law firms who had not interest in our case. I was very grateful when Jiles Law agreed to accept it. I was pretty sure we would not be compensated, but them came through. Even Mr. Jiles spoke with us on the phone, and explained the process. The various people we dwelt with throughout the course were very helpful, responsive and efficient. In the end, we did receive financial compensation. I had to buy pepper spray, and I could barely walk in my neighborhood after that traumatic experience. We eventually sold our house and left. The money help with the move. Thank you for a great job. Please pet owners, be responsible with your dogs.
