Mr. Nicholson was very attentive and responsive while handling my case. He explained thoroughly what he was doing or planning on doing and kept me updated. The staff was very professional and friendly. They’re not "scumbags", would recommend to family and friends.

I would highly recommend Simon Nicholson, he truly did a great job of handling my injury claim. He explained everything I needed to know as I never been in contact with a lawyer before. He is very responsive, thorough and really cares about you as a person. He did his absolute best on getting the claim settled and to get the most out of it while I was focusing on my treatment. It took some time before I contacted Simon after my accident, as I was very dubious to any lawyer in the beginning. these guys are bullies and help other bullies continue to be bullies... my ex hired them to prevent me from speaking publicly about how she lied and had me wrongly arrested for domestic violence I did not commit. I was ultimately completely exonerated, with absolutely no sanctions, charges completely dropped, in less than 2 months with my ex stating: that was only because of a lack of evidence. ummm duh.... read: it didn't happen. now I'm publicly exposing this issue (without even naming her personally) and i get a cease and desist letter from them, enabling her behavior. TAKE ME TO COURT ORLANDO LEGAL! LET'S PUT YOUR CLIENT ON THE RECORD!

The mistake I made was hiring an attorney from this firm for a major crimes case. Not only did he prove that his was incompetent he is also a terrible liar. Took a flat fee and still no results on the case. Very unprofessional. Do not HIRE this firm for ANY MAJOR CRIMES CASE as they are not COMPETENT to take such cases!!!!

I was rear-ended in September of 2016 I did not contact Simon Nicholson until July of 2018. While working on my case he kept me apprised of what was going on what my options and what all the possibilities were. He works very hard to get the best possible outcome for me which included a larger settlement and helping to lower some of my bills. I recommend them highly and if I need the help of lawyer again I will certainly use him

After putting everything I had into getting custody of my daughter, I've lost, and my case hasn't even started yet... Catch your attention? I hired this firm a year ago and have had nothing but nightmares since. Literally, I wake up at night worried about my child... This shouldn’t be happening with a reputable firm and money, both of which I have. My case was a slam dunk case. The mom has had her children taken away multiple times by DCF. I was not a defendant, so I didn't need to be represented... I was there because I wanted to and I had just got involved in my daughter’s life after never knowing she existed and discovered the living situation, DCF case, the moms psych issues etc. I’m a single father to a 14-year-old boy, in addition to my 5-year-old daughter whom I was fighting for (I already have full custody of my son). Additionally, I’m successful in my career and have been 100% stable for well over 10 years. I’ve put everything I had into being there for my daughter. This firm was a referral from a friend and highly successful attorney here in San Diego. After over a year of this firm representing me, I realized that my daughters mother was winning, with a public defender. After analyzing the situation, I realized that the trust I had put into this firm was misguided, and that the public should know about how this firm operates prior to hiring them. My first point to make is that although we have 2 different cases that this firm represented me on (DCF Dependency Case & Paternity and Custody Case), it’s been over a year now, and after over 100+ emails of my lawyer ignoring me, I finally decided to talk directly with the state attorney, which ultimately solved my problem, which was to get a home study done (which is what attorneys are for, right?). I have 2 attorneys at this firm, one for each case, yet neither of these attorneys even had the slightest clue that I was working directly with the state attorney and had no clue that I accomplished what they couldn’t with a simple email. Once I realized that, I confronted them and had several phone calls and emails about how I felt like they weren’t ‘hands-on’ as much as I wanted, and that I lost faith in them, and requested them to withdraw as council. I have the phone call recordings, so if anyone wants to hear, please PM me. Their response was for them to withdraw from my case due to irreconcilable differences. Prior to them filing that motion, I get a call from Mr. Eric Bensen stating that they were sorry that they weren’t involved as much as I wanted, but that they would fix the problem and give me 2 free hours of service. Great, right? Wrong… It’s now been over a month, and their solution to my problem was to file a motion for change of placement, that they knew they would lose… Not only that, but they also decided to file this motion after it was even relevant. The point of the motion was that the mom was unstable, and after a year of being unstable, she finally found a home, so in the courts eyes, was no longer unstable. Yet, my attorneys didn’t even realize that was the motion… Why? Because they don’t care… I can go on and on with how this firm will rip you off… Instead, I’m going to build a website and share my experience with them. Don’t believe these fake reviews of easy cases… If you have a case that involves a child, one that is close to your heart, I ask that you please take a moment and review my input and reach out to me directly so that you fully understand what you’re getting yourself into.
