I will start by saying that I cannot thank Michael and his firm Greater Orlando enough for the tireless effort they put forward while representing me. I hired Michael after my ex-husband breached our divorce agreement over two years ago. During that time Michael and his team of paralegals worked non-stop (including weekends) and were very understanding of my situation. They were true professionals who always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and caught up with me at the end of the day with details of the case. Michael is honest, loyal and aggressive when needed. He takes his cases personally, really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are protected. It’s hard to find a good attorney these days but he made sure all areas were covered so that the truth could be known, and justice could be served. I hired Mike Vaghaiwalla for custody and modification of time-sharing for my child. He assumed my case in March 2020 and was very intentional with filing motions to the court. This was successful in getting the time-sharing plan suspended. While we had differences on some issues, he listened to my concerns and offered timely advice to help me make decisions. We had to go to trial regarding permanent custody. Mike’s skills in presenting evidence and questioning both sides resulted in me being granted full custody of my child. Our family is very thankful for his professionalism and expertise. I would definitely recommend him to other fathers that need an experienced lawyer on their side.

My experience with Simon and team was outstanding helping for my mother's auto accident case. My mother was in pain, worried and stressed. She was about to give up after her 1st few treatments with neurosurgeon thinking nothing can get her to going back to her normal condition. I highly recommend Eric Benson as your first choice for your divorce attorney! He's the type of Attorney everyone hopes to find when going through this really awful experience of Divorce. Unlike others, Eric isn't looking to run up billable hours as he wants to try and resolve the matter with the least amount of unnecessary expenses to both sides. Believe me, this can be harder to find than one might think. If I ever found myself wanting to take an action in the case that the opposing side had taken, but they did for no real reason other than trying to beat me up, or create a false narrative, he would make sure to take the time to explain to me why there's no value throwing needless blows back and forth. Especially, if opposing council is simple on a fishing expedition and their actions don't stand to hurt the objectives of your case. Again, unlike others, Eric believes that throwing mud at the wall and seeing what sticks, isn't a professional or affordable way to attack a divorce, unless one wants an enormous needless bill at the end. However, I think its also important to point out that when needed, he is not shy about going to battle and fighting like hell for you to get what's just, fair and the goals of your case you've set out to achieve with him!

Mr. Vaghaiwalla was Fantastic representation! I was unsure of the whole process of divorce, as most people are who go through it. Michael was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, kind hearted, aggressive when needed and wouldn't let me sign anything that wasn't fair. He looked out for my children and myself, catching details I didn't even know needed attention. I am so thankful for him and his staff.
