I was alone with no idea what to do my mother was experiencing this problem and Family First Firm assured me I was not alone, I am so grateful for all there help for my mom.

Lindsay was excellent working with me. She was so patient with me. It is very difficult to put my mother in a nursing homes after living with me and my wife for 33 years. Also have my wife just finished beast cancer treatment. I am very upset and my patient is very short. But Lindsay was my lifesaver she was understanding and help me out with the QIT account and more. I wish I could say that about the nursing home. But that is whole different story. I must say Family First Firm was extremely excellent with service,From the operator on up. I was directed to Family First recently after my mothers death i had paid them to help me with a family matter but it was resolved without my needing a lawyer, after speaking to an associate I was refunded the initial fees I had paid them, in a world of dishonesty I was surprised when they reached out and made things right. I would absolutely refer my friends to this firm in the future.

I needed legal advice concerning setting up care for an elder, disabled relative. Thank you Family First. The Florida Medicaid application is extremely complex. It’s almost as if Florida wants you to get so frustrated that you give up without completing the forms even though you need the financial help. Family First Firm unravels the mystery with materials and access to their staff and guides you through a step by step process in a timely manner. Even though I have always done my own paperwork including taxes, this is different. I also think having a legal firm work for you takes a great burden off your shoulders. I highly recommend Family First Firm. It was successful in serving our needs.
