Great Building

Family First accomplished the goal , which was completing the Medicaid application process, however, they were not very pro-active in their communication. Since they promote exceptional service I was disappointed in the service they provided. Their Community Liaison was exceptional. She went above and beyond several times in making herself available and providing answers to questions, but the other people I interacted with were lacking in their communication and responding back to messages and questions I had. They were not very pro-active in keeping me updated on the progress. Even the final approval I was not informed of until a few weeks after I had already received a letter from the State of Florida. So they got the job completed, for which I was grateful, but I expected more regarding their communication and responsiveness.
