i will never recommend Van dingenen to anyone! My wife had an accident and was having issues with workmans comp. I was told to call office for help. Her mediation was by phone with Mr.Van Dingenen and he made her feel as her pain was nothing and her words didnt matter. All that mattered was what the other attorney said. He did nothing to help or fight for her. He gave my wife two options and that was it. My wife will now suffer with her injuries for the rest of her life.

I suffered two injuries at work last year, each of which caused me to lose time at work and gave me a great deal of pain. Before being referred to Van Dingenen, I called four different law offices, each of them told me I was out of luck and there was no point in taking my case because Florida law is written to hurt the employee and protect the insurance company. While hiring Mr. Van Dingenen's firm may not change the way the law is written, it did provide me with what I felt was more than adequate and competent representation. While at times response times were longer than I ay have liked, NONE of my requests or medical needs went without somebody addressing them. I have to admit I am not the easiest person to work with, but Nadia, Natalia, and the rest of the staff were all very professional and communicated with me on every update, big or small. My attorney, Blaze, was able to get me a fair settlement that was more than I expected and which I feel will allow me to seek the necessary medical attention needed to fix my issues as well as can be done. I would definitely recommend Van Dingenen Law to a family member or friend if they were ever in need of work comp representation.
