This law firm helped me with my workers comp case, and we were very pleased with their work.

My husband got injured at his employer back in Sept 2018 . Workers comp company was a joke ,didn't pay him and was overall a joke. Had no choice but to get attoenat involved . So I went on a whole bunch of attorney's web site and submitted his information and Tood minor called us back and explained everything and referred him to partner or secondary attorney's who only work with this type of cases. Now the process was rough with my husband still not getting any pay thru workers comp or any related important medical services for his injury . Then finally they said surgery's was needed . So my husband who is type 2 declined because unfortunately in these types of cases you can't involved your own personal doctor who in fact knows your history . Fast forward my husband went to the required deposition then 1 month or so later the mediation that where we finally saw van Dingenen all in the above process my husband was dealing with Blase Schwartz. So we attend the mediation on a March 8 he discuss all that will happen and what my husband wants to do we just wanted to be over so we can move on he settled. Now in front of myself ,husband and the legal representation stated that the process will be done in 3 weeks or less . This was done and sign in March 8 ,so he we are in April 12 no check no money nothing . All my husband is getting the run around from Blase and the reception who just lies for him . A lot of unanswered emails and phone calls . All we keep hearing is the judge has to sign it and hasn't , unfortunately you have the worst judge to handle this . So we requested an email to the judge . Like we have been doing with one salary for 8 months . Why are they so insensitive to us? I understand we aren't a priority any more you probably got your fees and so how would this law firm ever understand how this affects innocent people .

This law firm is one of the best in Central Florida. I was injured on the job and was terrified I was going to lose my job. They were available to answer my questions and cause my anxiety. My case has settled and they walked me through the process while having great communication! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Never try to deal with this firm. We will never forget his words: “Welcome to Florida”, “The judge is the Queen and you guys are under her”, “Morgan & Morgan will solved this for less”, etc... For a moment, during the “mediation”, we ask ourselves, for wich side he was? Is he really our lawyer? Wow!

I'm so glad I went with Van Dingenden Law. I contacted a few other firms but no others were as thorough or quite frankly as smart as Van Dingenen. They specialize in workman's comp and are extremely knowledgeable and will fight hard for you. They were always there to answer any questions I had, and my experience was excellent. Can't recommend this firm enough.

I got injured at work severally and could not work anymore. First off the workers comp doctor said I had bulging disc in my lower back which turned out to be embedded tumors in my back. Go mediation and didn’t know that Van Dingenen and the companies attorney were friends. After taking the settlement that he advised was for far less than it should have. There were all working together. They low balled me. Then on top of all of that as we were all walking out together they decided to go to lunch together. Wow they screwed me. I would rate them lower but cant. Please be aware

Poor service. Was told in Beginning had strong case. Our attorney left 3/4 way through, took job at M&M. Mr. V.D. took over, told husband if he wanted to keep his job he couldn't take a settlement. Was told no options, and he stated work comp offered husband $750.00, either take it and be out of a job, or walk way and keep job. That's it. He wouldn't even counter offer. Told husband to walk way and drop case. Husband still has issues. Was told workers comp would pay medical bills, totally false. Got several thousand dollars of bills they denied. Husband and I both got bad gut feelings that Mr V.D. had agreement with Work Comp attorney and favored with them for personal gain. No proof. 2 people at my husband's work got hurt, one worse, one less, and both were able to get settlement and keep job. One got $45,000K one got $240,000K. One got an easier assignment at work, one left after 5 months because of personal reasons. It was a lie that he had to drop case and have no settlement to keep job. I give 0 star rating. Crooked.
