I was recommended to go to Van Dingenen Law firm and it was the best decision I had made. From the beginning till the end of my workers comp case everyone on Van Dingenen team was great! For someone that has never been in this position before made me feel at ease. Brandon Newsome, Blaze M. Schwartz, Nadia, Alexa, Natalia, and the rest of the team let me know from the beginning what to expect, my options I had , gave me updates on my case, and communicated with me throughout the case. Also, when I reached out and had a question there was always someone there that was patient with me that answered any questions. And if they didn’t have the answer the person would find the right person to answer the question for me. Overall, my experience with Van Dingenen team was great and went beyond my expectations. I would tell anyone that wants a law firm that would put you at ease throughout any workers comp case process because usually from my experience and what I hear about workers comp cases they can be rough. Most importantly though you want a law firm that represents you the way you want to be represented but fights for the best outcome you want for you and possibly your family within still it being a business. I had knee surgery a few days ago....back home after settling with Darden Restruants.....in 5 weeks will have back surgery....way to go Don! Today I got a phone call while recovering from knee surgery from St. Jude Childers Research Hospital.. they received my check for $35,000.00...this will help several sick children and their families... If you listened to the deposition...it was not about the money...my family owns a funeral home, my son in law is a surgeon and my brother in law is a lawyer In the future DON you should get to know your clients a little bit better....it was never about the money...it was about getting the proper treatment... According to my team of fantastic doctors...I should be back running the funeral home this fall! Horrible communication with this law firm...and watch out...if they mail you 3 letters they will change your 150.00. LoL Bottom Feeders! Donna Brissette
