Do not and I repeat do not use van DINGENEN law. I originally had John sung but left the firm. John was great spoke numerous times, answered all my questions. Then I ended up with Blaise worst attorney possibly. Only spoke to him when I had a deposition or mediation or something going on. Dealt with a paralegal the rest of the time I had any question. Blaise does not care about his clients at all. My neurologist had a written letter explaining in depth of the circumstances but was too lazy to even do his job. Do yourself a favor and stay clear!!!!

Best firm out there, hands down! They treat you like family regardless of your case or how much it's worth (unlike other firms....rhymes with Horgan and Horgan). Always available and ready to answer my questions. 10/10 would sue again.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Horrible experience and highly dissatisfied with how this firm handled my case. Blaze, Alexa, and Natalia where my points of contact. I would email updates and leave voicemails and often would never hear back from them (until my deposition and hearing) My attorney was faced with the task of representing me for a injury my employer denied ever happened. I provided proof but didn’t receive any medical attention and was advised by him to accept a settlement they offered and to just go to the VA for medical attention. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Your just a number and a quick buck…They will not fight for your rights as advertised and promised. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Mr Van Dingenen after reading his post as he requested and his staff stated he was unavailable and that they would have him call me back (which never happened). I was however contacted by attorney Blaze (after waiting 2 weeks after the hearing) he was very rude and very unprofessional.

This attorney has been fraudulent dishonest was not forthcoming and won’t disclose if there was a settlement.l tried to cancel the claim and he did not allow that them used intimidation tactics 2 week or 2 months and did not communicate final outcome.Distorted the truth about mediation results.Hiring this law firm was my worst nightmare ever in my life think twice before hiring these so-called lawyers they are not professional at all and their only concern is to put money in their pockets and lie to their clients “…….Advice Stay Well Away from this law office “!!…..Never ever recommend this Law Firm to anyone..

They took my comp case, I couldnt use hands for 3 months. Led me along for months, "oh, we're gonna win this case." After five months of waivers, paperwork, and paying notaries I get a phone call...."we are not going to continue your case." I made a huge mistake trusting these people. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. CHOOSE ANOTHER LAW FIRM!
