Wanted to share my experience with Brandon Stewart legal has been nothing short of 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ 's. Brandon has helped me with with getting 50/50 timsharing and no child support with my case after an 8 year battle. The opposing council had been practicing for over 40 years and has one of the most reputable firms in all of central florida. Yet Brandon took him on and got me what i wanted and what our child deserved. He acted with integrity kindness and understanding. His pricing is incredible fair and his knowhow in family courts is becoming one of the best around. Dont hesitate to hire Brandon. He will fight for you and not back down to the giants out there you might be up against.

***update*** The lawyer texted me today, after he saw my post. He threatened me with a defamation lawsuit if I did not take this post down. The fact that he uses his Esq title to continuously make poor choices is appalling to me. So I will be changing the review to state facts and you all can draw your own conclusions. Before court, Brandon met with my brother, mom, me, my adult son and two witnesses. My brother told Brandon that he doesn't understand how his wife got marks on her because the school teacher and my brother saw her that day and she was fine. When my brother asked Brandon if he saw the picture, Brandon said yes. He continued by accusingly asking my African American brother "What did you do (my brothers name)? In my opinion, that sounds like Brandon thinks my brother committed a crime that he did not commit. My brother has no priors, not so much as a speeding ticket and was testing for the police academy at this time. He does not do drugs, is a wonderful and kind human being and wonderful brother, son and father. He was with his domestic accuser for 10 years and never had 1 complaint of DV until he filed for divorce. My brothers wife, the petitioner (who was cheating and wanted my brother out of the house to move her lover in) put on makeup and took a picture as if my brother harmed her. Furthermore, Brandon did not provide any of the evidence my brother gave him. Don't believe me? Look up court transcripts from 02/26/24 for the 10:30 hearing. He also titled the contract between him and my brother "Hearing for 02/26/2024". Which my brother and the lawyer had a verbal agreement that he would perform multiple services. Which he did not. Brandon went on requesting more money to finish the requested work. He wanted my brother to pay him $1500.00 for 1 day in court. Mind you, that wasn't the agreement. Brandon did not know that I was listening to 2 of the conversations between them when they made the agreements. Later, I told him there would be a dispute on my credit card if he was not going to complete the work. I did the dispute but only before I asked Brandon what a fair price is (in his opinion) for his services and could we agree on another price. He would not provide any other price. Brandon then says "Since it's an issue, keep the $500". Luckily my brother did not pay him $1500 up front. He paid $1000. In the rebuttal to the card dispute he claimed we were "disgruntled due to the outcome of the case". He also brought up the fact that he did a phone consultation before signing the agreement. Those were free so I am not sure why he brought it up. In my opinion, it sounds like sugarcoating and biased to me. What do you all think? There will be a complaint filed with the board because I believe there is a "lack of ethical and moral conviction".

Though a very polite man(that is why he got an extra star) he did not deliver for me. Commination was horrible as every few months I had to call to get any information which was always still working on things. After 2 years he told me he was closing my case. If you have a fairly easy case you might have luck

Amazing attorney!!! I recommend this attorney he is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have helped us in mediations and other legal court proceedings. The results are always the expected ones. Always very well prepared and well spoken. Thank you for defending our rights and helping us get through tough times. Claudia Roman is also amazing at her job , helping us with translations and on top of all the evidence and emails. Overall both are an outstanding team and together work so well together!
