I just recently set up with them however I see some bad reviews for Kirk. I have actually had nothing but exceptional service with Kirk myself and definitely in the kind of person who believes in reading reviews before dealing with somebody however my experience has been completely exceptional above and beyond with this gentleman. He was very patient with me and worked with me so far every step of the way for what my needs are. I highly recommend so far and will keep posting for future reviews.

I have a power of attorney for my daughter great grand mother she has been scammed by a company call RPM services well RPM WROTE A CHECK FOR 51,930.10 to them self’s from grandma’s bank account supposed to pay for a mortgage loan reinstated the account but RPM TOOK THE MONEY AND DID not pay so I hired SUNCOAST to help me save the house but SUNCOAST sold out and I find out they believed RPM spoke to grandma supposedly and they withdrew from the case DID NOTHING AT ALL because the case had only 2 weeks charged me 1200 for nothing so now the house is in foreclosure and the house will be gone thank God grandma is at a home because otherwise grandma would end up on the street but there is always a GOD that sees everything and knows whom is whom and the payment will be collected HERE ON EARTH good luck with that DO NOT HIRE THEM DONOT WAITS YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I am still moving forward in my quest but I had the pleasure of speakin g with one of your employees and he put me at ease about filing for bankruptcy
