Unfortunately I had a negative experience with this firm today and feel other possible clients may benefit from reading this. I submitted an inquiry to find a bankruptcy lawyer a few months ago. The director of the firm called me multiple times saying that I would be a good candidate. Once I signed the contract I heard very little. I was supposed to have a telephone interview with my assigned lawyer but months later it still hasn’t happened and that’s partially my fault because my work sechedule I’d 5am-5pm. After reaschudling multiple times the receptionist Melissa become incredibly short with me and quite rude. I decided that since I was paying over $1000 to file bankruptcy when filing it independently would be significantly cheaper. Considering I was not getting the service I was paying for I called the director who tried to get me to attempt contact my assigned lawyer a day late and a dollar short. I simply wanted to inform him that I was canceling service because I did not see the quality or care I deserve. His attitude and tone changed saying “fine you’re cancelled then, cancelled!” I said ok great I’d rather waiste a few hundred up front than learned I’ve wasted over $1000 later. I asked him to send me confirmation that no more money would be taken from my account and he replied “I’m not doing that, billing can do that!” So said so done. I didn’t get any money back as that was listed in the contract but I do feel I dodged a bullet. I would recommend working with a lawyer that shows that they value you as a client genuinely rather that be sweetalked into a contract an then ignored. That is not good business. I did not experience good quality here.

Terrible, requested paymen in advanced for a chapter 13 , at the initial meeting all was ok then had a call from a clerk saying that they could not do the vhapter 13 but they will keep 1,000 of our money for nothing. That is stealing. I There is an idiot named Ricardo Mattinez who is a total bully and thinks, mistakenly , that he is going to get away with this scam. We are going to the Fl Bar ..with a written complaint , to diciplinary action and also a sue on small claims court. They will not take my mo ey like that. Never thought that going to a law firm because you need help and end up being scammed out of 1,000.00 For nothing we requested a service and they waited untill paid in full to say they refuse us and keep our money. Very dishonest specially coming from an attorney.
