Don't hire! They will steal your money! They don't communicate, never available for a phone call nor do they answer emails! They are quick to take your money and never return it. They make you sign a contract stating that they can pretty much do nothing and take your money. They are sneaky as well be cause they have their name the same as a more reputable firm SUNCOAST LAW OFFICE while these sneaky company names themselves with SUN COAST LAW, a small space. This is misleading to clients.

My experience with Suncoast Law was fantastic, i had no problems with my bank ruptcy. Everyone that i spoke with always returned my calls and emails and you deserve a perfect score from me.

There really should be a option to put no stars or negative stars because this place deserves that. First and foremost I got this law group mixed up for another in the same area because the names are similar and that was the biggest mistake of my life. Kirk spoke with my husband and made us feel complete good about going with them with our situation and having them on our team. We signed the papers back in June. We were paying the retainer in payments and were told nothing would be filed and no work would be started UNTIL the retainer was paid in full. We decided last month to get out of our contract because nothing was happening and there was NO communication. Anytime we had a question, concern, or issue we would call only to be told by the paralegal that Shelley or Kirk would call us back and that NEVER happened. When I called the office to speak to Shelley regarding our case and being told we would receive a call back which again never happened we decided this place was completely unreliable. I finally received a call back after leaving a angry voicemail by the paralegal only to have her try to resolve my concerns and I made it very clearly I wanted to speak to Shelley and not here. 5 days later I received a call from her only to have an extremely nasty attitude and told the paralegal could have answered my questions. I then told her I was done with this firm and wanted to cancel out our contract and wanted my money we paid towards the retainer. She then continued her nasty attitude and told me she couldn’t give me a return on the money as work had been done and things have been filed. I looked on the courthouse site and found that nothing had been filed and no work had in fact actually been done. I received a letter in the mail from them stating they “refuse to refund any money”. This place is unbelievably unprofessional and they make it out to be they’re great until you actually sign the contract and then you see the real side of them. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!

This people will take your money (in advance) and will not represent you AT ALL, the "lawyers" will dump your case to a paralegal who will demand not follow the clients needs. Also, when you complain they DUMP YOU, they will return less than 10% of your money. They are BAD NEWS do yourself a favor and find Real lawyers do represent you¡

My sister and I had a great experience with Kirk. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with solid information so we could make an informed decision about the legal matter. Our situation requires us to wait before moving forward to resolve our legal matter. Prior to finding Suncoast, my sister met with another attorney that misguided us and took money at the consultation, only to tell us later, more incorrect information and he would need more money. We had to walk away and cut our losses. Kirk provided us with wonderful guidance, reliable consultation advice and consistent support without pressure. I want to thank the entire staff at this firm. They got me through a tuff time with my lender on my home. The payment was lowered and the foreclosure was dropped... thank you all !!!!

I spoke to the Director Kirk. Very pleasant when trying to get your business. When we decided for business reasons to go with another firm and we never committed to Suncoast nice Kirk got very nasty and screamed we should have called him! Then hung up.
