While it seemed like forever to get done, due to my limited budget in making my fee payments, I was very happy about how my case was handled and how the firm worked with me.

Kind of funny as I see everyone else has had a similar interaction with Kirk (even though there’s much denial among the responses) I can say he was quite rude. I’ve never had to deal with any type of lawyer before, I’m new at this so I’m obviously a bit nervous. When he gave me a call back, he said his name and then there was silence right after. I asked how he was, he said fine then proceeded to say he didn’t even know what the call was about. Okay, cool. No biggie because I’ll explain. It was sort of hard to explain when I kept being cut off as he was saying the firm doesn’t deal with loans I’m having trouble paying. Well, Kirk maybe give me 2 seconds next time to say I wanted to look into filing bankruptcy instead of continuously saying you don’t deal with this or that and hear me out. Please work on your attitude because it’s clear I’m not the only one who has had issues with you no matter how much you deny a conversation didn’t happen. I just wanted to be pointed in the right direction of what I can do, but again it wasn’t possible because I couldn’t even explain anything thoroughly. Get a grip.
