DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM !!!! We hired them to represent us in a dispute with our HOA . Kirk talked about how they do this all the time. Shelly the attorney promised to force the HOA to prove each and every fee, $!2oo later, the only she did was final a notice of representation . We advised that we also going to contact the local media in efforts to investigate our situation , upon hearing that Shelly filled a motion to withdraw , used auto-sign for our signatures and told the judge that we fired her .. We filled a complaint with the BBB and Kirk offered us $200 back , however, we cant talk about what happened. I guess that is how they avoid neg reviews. Do yourself a favor and choose anyone else !!!

Called in with the intention of hiring an attorney and boy did he make me want to become an attorney myself to handle my own case!! Kirk is so unhappy with life at 8:00am in the morning he’s already frustrated!! He doesn’t listen, very arrogant and is just looking for a quick fix!! What ever you do stay away from him you won’t win!! Read all the reviews on him very very carefully!!

These people are extremely rude and unprofessional and I wouldn't let them do work for me if they were handing it out for free! I would most definitely find somebody else that is worth the money!!!!

I was connected to this law firm through a financial hardship program hoping to find legal assistance. An attorney by the name of Kirk called me and as I was trying to explain my current situation with a tenant he became very impatient and rude and basically said they don't offer free services (I wasn't looking for free, just someone to work with me) Based on this short interaction with this firm, I would never recommend this firm to anyone. Life is hard enough without someone being rude!
