When everyone else said you can't win this case; Paul, Knopf and Bigger said we will take this case and we believe we can and win it for you. This firm worked tirelessly on our case and won a settlement that changed our lives for the better.

My roommate and I were under a landlord in Orlando who demolished my roommate's master bathroom at the request of the property owners to fix a leak that was effecting the downstairs unit. During that reconstruction my roommate's bathroom was left stripped for 4 months and after both people spent time in the hospital for allergy related infections due to high mold exposure from the bare struts of the walls, the landlord finally covered the flooring that was removed during the work. My roommate was not allowed by point of order by our landlord to stay in the room the construction was being done and our collective rent was adjusted by 300 dollars less. Max Eichenblatt managed to get us out of our lease early without penalty by a month and even a settlement of less than half of the combined medical bills from the landlord's legal team for partial eviction.

Brian and the crew treated myself and my family as if we were family. He always kept us up to date on what was going on with our case and made sure we understood everything that was going on. He walked us through each step of the process and made sure we was comfortable with what was happening. We could reach out to him at anytime if we had questions or concerns and always got a answer in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about him and this crew, i will highly recommend them and if i ever need an injury attorney in the future they are the only ones i will call.
