This was my first experience having to work with a law firm. I tried one of the big fancy firms you see on TV, but I felt like a number. A friend referred me to the Leach Firm, and from day one, I was treated with care, compassion, and professionalism. The entire team is phenomenal! They kept me updated through the process, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and most important, I felt that they fought hard to make sure that I received all that I was due. I highly recommend them!

The staff at the Leach Firm (Lissette and Jamarie) were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and their persistence to getting my case resolved was superb. I can’t recommend them any higher.

They refused to represent me, even though I have substantial evidence of being discriminated against by my employer (for disabilities) and also retaliated against for speaking out against bullying and discrimination towards myself and others (for disability, race and sexual orientation). They directed me to the EEOC, which I already knew about, but didn't give me any answers as to why. What it likely boils down to is they either won't make enough money from the case or they're afraid to go against my employer, whose founder is extremely influential in Winter Park. Sell outs. Like all attorneys, they don't really want to help anyone. Edit to respond to them: Not really sure how they don't see a case when I actually have evidence of things, but ok. Which actually points to they just won't make enough money from it, which really isn't the same thing as not having a case.
