I don’t know if the reviews are AFTER people have received their settlements, so people are more willing to give positive enlightenment. But I prefer to tell the truth & God honest truth. Before my settlement agreement, things were decent. They responded in a reasonable amount of time whether it was email or phone call. I was able to get updates at request. I was able to get someone on the phone. Everything seemed to be going decently well. The moment I agreed to my settlement arrangement, EVERYTHING changed. A couple weeks to get the paperwork to sign. Signed & got it back to them the next day. From the day I got them back the paperwork, it too almost a month to be able to get in contact with anyone. They ignored my emails. They ignored my text. They ignored my phone calls. They ignored my voicemails. FOR WEEKS. When all I was simply looking for was a “what’s next”. When I finally got in contact with my lawyer, he told me there was some “issues” with the wording on the paperwork, so things were taking a bit longer. THE PAPERWORK HE SENT ME TO SIGN! So then we were off to get another timeline. That timeline surpassed & so I simply reached back out for another update. This time to be told he was away from the office & would let me know the next morning. The next morning surpassed… Afternoon surpasses…. & here we are days later & I still haven’t heard from anyone! I’d be lying to say it has all been bad. But I can definitely stand on they changed once the settlement was agreed to. They secured a check & I was no longer important to them. And now right before Christmas, I’m having to rearrange my whole holiday because of the “Let’s get this paid out before Christmas” is now me getting put on the back burner. Pray your experience is much better than mine in the case of a workers comp settlement. Godspeed

They helped me with two different cases at the same time. The worker’s comp department deserve an A+ ( lawyer Dale and his assistant Ennyd) she have the passion to help and be on time about every steps during the process. I never have to call to ask for something they always answer my emails as soon as they can. Unfortunately I can’t share the same opinion with my other case of retaliation ( no names ) but I think she could do a BETTER job. I even escalate the issue and they call me and as soon I let them know I got my $ they end the call. I didn’t even share my costumer service opinion about how i was feeling after my lawyer told me ( she can’t have more communication with me for her mental health ) after me adding pressure for response. The head of her department was the one who called me and end the call without asking my concerns. Watch out for that department but don’t assume for my experience. He just end the call after me sharing with him ( hi, yes I got my money today , okay bye) no even asking is my issues was resolved in the best way or what they can do to improve. I know this is a field where it’s a LOT of sharks but think about you are helping someone in need so be a bit consider like Dale and Ennyd. Thanks to Dale and Ennyd and the rest of the team. The other department I wish you the best and time to learn🫡

The Leach Firm had information about my case and updated me within 3 days of me retaining them; whereas, Dan Newlin hadn't updated me with anything after retaining them for 3 weeks. I appreciate Leach Firm for promptly responding whenever I had any questions or concerns.
