Daniel has done an outstanding job handling my case. He has gone above and beyond my expectations, and ultimately my case was dropped thanks to his experience and determination. He actually cares about his clients, and the work he does is very genuine. Although I was not in a great financial position, Daniel was very willing to work with me, and fought my case diligently. I cannot thank him enough for taking an extremely stressful time in my life, and turning it around for me.

Our son found out, to his surprise, that there were two cases on his police record, cases that had been filed but dropped several years ago. All of us, the parents and our son, wanted these cases expunged from his record especially for employment and travel purposes. Mr. Sercombe was referred to me through the Orange County Bar Association Lawyer Referral and Information Service. Mr. Sercombe and I had an extended conversation regarding the procedure that we needed to go through in order to proceed. Mr. Sercombe was very thorough. And I felt confident that he clearly knew what needed to be done as well as the length of time it was likely to take. He made it very clear that he was available at any time. I found that to be true. He has also been very available to our son. We found that Mr. Sercombe was committed to doing whatever was necessary to protect our son’s future as a young man. In sum, considering Mr. Sercombe’s level of professionalism and commitment to his clients, I would recommend Mr. Sercombe to anyone with potential legal liabilities.

I cannot recommend Daniel Sercombe high enough he met with me after hours so I would not have to miss work and went above and beyond in every way possible to communicate and generate a winning game plan. His calm, and confident demeanor only hid the aggressive and very competent defense that he planed out. With an easy smile and a little humor that helps put your nerves at ease he went over every step slowly and clearly that way I had a full understanding of everything that I could expect. There was an immediate response to every email that I sent wich as you can imagine in a time like this was very comforting. When it came time to meet with the dective there was a tremendous change in Dan's demeanor were he truly put his game face on and was aggressive, in charge, calm, and in no way intimidated. Please make no mistake under the charm, carisma, and and laid back personality is the mix of a grizzly bear defending her cubs and a great white shark who smells blood in the water. One final note about his courage and intelligance he had my case closed during the interview process and it went no farther then that step. My accuser was a retired dective who's years on the job almost equalled Dan's age in saying that my point is he is wise far beyond his years, and many people here in this area are learning that very quickly. God forbid I ever have a situation like this again I will not have to worry or wonder what I will do Dan has not only become my lawyer but has become a person I know I can trust and has my best intrest at heart and in this day those type of people are few and far between but he is one of them. So at this point I would like to thank him from the bottom of my family's heart for helping us quickly, and at a price that was very easy for my family to manage so we did not have to worry about finaces as well.
