I hired Mr. Grant three years ago to help me with a case with my ex-husband due to fraud! I was contacted at the end of 2021 by the Florida DOR with an intent to audit for sales and use tax. Although I had felt fairly confident in my tracking and remittance, I was completely overwhelmed by the requests from the DOR for information and knew I needed help from someone with experience in both sales tax usage and law. I found Mr. Grant through a colleague's referral and was instantly put at ease with his knowledge and understanding of my situation. Gerrard made the process so much easier than I could have imagined. I truly felt like I had someone in my corner advocating for me every step of the way. He allowed me to focus on running my business while he handled the endless requests, emails and phone calls from the DOR. My communication with Gerrard and his firm was always very timely, organized and - honestly - enjoyable. He would even email me in the middle of conference calls with the DOR just to tell me I was doing a great job. I expected a lot less from a lawyer (to be completely honest) and got so much more.
