Jeff's assistance was invaluable as our non-profit sought to lease its first commercial property. We were quickly overwhelmed by the magnitude of the lease but Jeff reviewed the document and patiently walked us through the nuances while taking the time to explain each aspect and the impact upon our organization. He was thorough, responsive, patient and willing to go above and beyond normal actions. In short, Jeff exceeded all of our expectations in providing our organization with counsel and offering recommendations from a non-biased view which helped us realize this deal was not in our best interest.
