Awesome attorney Amanda Jacobson, she knows her stuff, she fights for you like if your her family, she listens and replies immediately if not in trial. She makes other attorneys in court stay quiet and show she's in control, she gets respect and is very organized and has everything in order coming Into the court room, shes very respectful when talking to me. I just referred her my friend and I have referred my uncle as well, who will call her soon. I will refer her for life anyone that needs legal advise. Her team and legal assistant Michelle will contact you via her cell phone if needed and will be supportive with all documents and issues that arises. Thanks guys you rock..

Waste of time. Very expensive with no results. Gets beat up by opposing counsel and judges. Save money and get a real trial lawyer before spending 20 grand.

I will be forever greatful with Attorney Ferwerda. I reached out to her two years ago but at the time I was unable to retain her, two years later I was deployed and going through a rough custody battle. Not being able to have someone to trust that will take your case and do what they are supposed to do is hard especially when you are in a position like mine. I hired Attorney Chmelir as my 2nd lawyer for my custody case. My first had been hard to reach. My previous lawyer did not seem to care for my struggles or why I was fighting for my daughter. I never felt prepared and eventually choose to find new representation. Andy came as a referral from someone I trust. He didn't promise me the world, he even explained the downsides of switching attorneys at this point in the case. That honesty continued throughout the entirety of my case. Andy and his staff worked on my case diligently, they kept me informed, asked of me what they needed and when while always explaining what our angle was. I was always prepped for any hearing or the trial ahead of time. Above all else, I felt like we did everything we could to represent ourselves well and ensure the truth reached the judge. Throughout the entire process, I felt the entire teams support. They really care about you and your fight. It meant so much given how much this weighed on me emotionally. I am not really one for reviews but I know how much it mattered for me to find Andy after my previous experience and hope that if you are reading this, you don't think twice about hiring him. This attorney is one of the best. You could never ask for a person who has a more caring heart and knowledgeable then Debra. My case was very complicated and I had a few attorney's before Debra. It was my mistake for not going to her at the beginning. When I meet Debra the first thing that impress me was she was taking notes while I was telling her about my case. You could tell she was listening to what I was saying by the questions she was asking me. Her compassion is off the scale!!! She took the time explain the scenarios to me about my case. She took the time to explain the pro's and cons in each of the possible scenarios in the case. Debra allow me to make the choice. Her professionalism is unmatched.
