Michael Krus has been extremely helpful to me, our business an our family. He's helped us tremendously through our IRS audit and with properly setting up and starting our small business. I wish I knew Mr. Krus 2 years ago when we were struggling and unknowledgeable, we probably wouldn't have been audited in the 1st place. Honest and straightforward. Mr Hillman gave me a free consultation and his advice was I could handle the matter myself without an attorney even though he could have tried to sell me on his services like most attorneys do. I was being audited by the IRS for my income tax files 3 years ago. They said I did not file the required forms and was not eligible to take a tax credit for that year because I did not file for it in previous years. They said I owed a very large amount of back tax and interest. That's when I contacted Michael. he said come on and meet with him, bring your tax forms filed that year and the previous year along with what the IRS had sent. I received a free consultation and review of my tax forms in less than 30 minutes.. He said based on what he saw and what I had submitted, he thought that the IRS audit was not correct. He gave me a list of what forms I needed to send back to the IRS and told me to they would review it and get back to me on their decision. If they declined my offer, then he would file the necessary paperwork on my behalf to resolve the issues. Everything else in the comments don't need repeating, but I have nothing bad to say about my experience. I've only had a consultation with him so far, but I will be continuing with him. His secretary was very nice a well. And when she said she would have Mr Kruz contact me, she undoubtedly did almost right away. He contacted me back within the hour.

In January 2021 I received a CP2000 from the IRS. I needed a tax attorney and found Mr. Krus through his great reviews on Google. We responded to the letter the IRS sent and they acted like they never even received our response. It got to the point that I had to petition the US Tax Court. Mr. Krus made sure he stayed on top of everything and reassured me that it would be taken care of. Here I am almost a year and a half later and after Mr. Krus spoke to their attorney and sent the paperwork in, they reached the decision that I didn’t owe ANYTHING! I can’t thank Mr. Krus enough! He got it done! It’s like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It’s finally over! I would recommend him time and time again!

Mike was a life saver to my family and I after out taxes were not done correctly. He put me at ease and finished our taxes efficiently. He is very responsive and the has a well runned office.
