Recently dealt with Assistant Public Defender Kenneth Scott Mccarty (Nassau Office). Mr. Mccarty represented my family member. He was incredible He worked diligently, kept the family informed of progress as well as his client. He was available 24 hours a day. Although the outcome of the case was not the desired one, due to State guidelines, Mr. Mccarty did obtain the best outcome and sentence possible. Mr. Mccarty is one in a million. His work ethic, knwledge and professionalism coupled with his sincere concern for his clients are unparalelled. Mr. Mccarty is a rare gem and credit to his office, clients and criminal justice system

it's a job to get paid at from these guys they really don't work hard till the last minute or when you push them they only accept what the state gives them they never investigate the cases
