She will bill you for every single minute she is supposedly working on your case. Had she done her job for my divorce correctly I wouldn't have had to hire another lawyer for custody a few years later.

Would have been better burning the money i paid kelly. Had me provide all kinds of documents that the other attorney didnt even request, and then bill me for the transmission of the documents. all about the billing zero advocacy

Initially, Mrs Boswell made me feel she understood what I was going thru during my divorce and talked big regarding what she would do. After paying her large sums of money, she no longer talked about what she could do; she then spoke of what she couldn't do. She definitely did not fight for me in my divorce. The amount I was charged for my divorce was tremendous. Mrs. Kelley was very arrogant. One evening I called her at her home address . She told me in a very stern voice, "Don't not ever call me at my home again." My husband had his attorney's cell phone number. Considering I was married over 25 years,Mrs Kelley got me very little . Many times she never opened her mouth in my defense. I came out of a long marriage,a marriage with enough assets for me and my spouse to live comfortably. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I struggle to make ends meet. My ex husband lives comfortably.

Not prepared, did not fight for me and my rights and even perjured herself to justify the low, low representation she afforded me. Never answered emails.

I lost so much money because at mediation I found out the attorney was not well prepared, showed little knowledge of the law, and had not done her homework. She had not kept me informed and when I became aware of her incompetence, It was too late, I had already signed the papers. she was not looking after my interests, but a quick money maker for her.

Never answered emasils, calls, did not explain well, did not listen to my questions, rushed through the case and prejudiced me greatly. Rendered poor advice, took very bad desicions, rushed me through things, violated what I considered confidential information.
