* I highly recommend Ken Revell and his firm Zalkin Revell * Ken represented our firm in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy * I have worked with numerous attorneys in the past Due to the economic downturn our firm had to file for relief through a chapter 11 bankruptcy. The circumstances were complicated due to the fact that some of the owners were personally indebted to a bank that transferred the debt to an entity which was extremely litigious with a scorched earth policy. Due to this extraneous debt, the chapter 11 which paid its creditors back 100% and should have been a cut and dry case lasting 3 to 6 months, turned out lasting over 4 years and counting. The chapter 11 has been appealed and upheld twice. Ken and his firm have gone above and beyond the call of duty. He has been proactive in every situation, staying ahead of the opposition (large law firms with teams of lawyers). He has spent long hours and late nights always doing whatever it required to be prepared and file the necessary documents. Ken is a professing Christian and he conducts his business in a way that brings glory to God. We always felt confident in his knowledge and ability. He always answers his phone or calls you right back. He explains legal matters in layman terms that we could understand, which helped us in making our decisions. When we had to appear in court to give testimony, Mr. Revell made sure that we were well prepared. He was excellent in the courtroom. I really cannot say enough great things about Ken Revell and his firm! We were able to survive and conduct our business because he conducted his so well!!
