Although the staff was professional all the way up to the case being closed , I was told that Mr Duck would file a motion to get my belongings back .. after numerous phone calls over the months since then . . They've yet to file a motion with the courts to return my property and could not give me a answer as to why he would not file a motion .. apparently once the case is over , he's done with you regardless of any agreements that were made

Tommy is a great attorney. He handled our case very well and was able to negotiate even better terms than we had hoped for.
He can be a little tough to get into contact with sometimes but his office staff, especially Ms. Lisa, are very helpful when he can't be reached.
