Very bad service. Didn't response buyer agent closing emails. Didn't pay commissions after closing timely. After calling and email several times for commission payments, office even wired a payment and then mailed a canceled check. The accounting department is a total mess. Don't use this firm for closing.

Mr. Hudson is professional in every way and make the process as seamless and easy as it could possibly be.
The team takes care of you and understands that buying and selling Real estate can be stressful.

A fantastic team at the Alpharetta and Sandy Springs locations that are professional and efficient. Beautiful office buildings highlight the excitement of a real estate transaction closing for all involved. You will not find nicer people in all of Atlanta Georgia.

Vanessa and her team are incredibly responsive, accurate, detailed and client focused which ensures a smooth closing every time. She is also a great legal resource who is always willing to take her time and answer questions. We have asked for real estate legal advice for other clients or ourselves and she always cheerfully responds. If you are not using Goggans ...you are missing out! I wish I could rate 6 stars because Vanessa and her team deserve it!
