Attorney cyrus, was very helpful, pleasant with a sense of humor. He gave me a directive and let's see how it goes. I will be calling him back if this doesn't go well.

Called for a comsult. Attorney is rude and will not let you speak. Call lasted not even 2 min. Says he has been an attorney for 13 years but he is the Lawfirm receptionist, paralegal, and attorney as well 😆 That should explain why no one wants to work for this guy. Really unprofessional from initial phone call, keeps cutting you off talks over you. At one point without knowing you says you cant afford me. . He needs some training on manners to his clients. No people skills.

During the consultation, it seemed as though he assumed the role of the prosecution rather than the defense as the HOA attorney. He exhibited an aggressive demeanor, interrupting and asking repeatedly, "What do you want me to do?" It felt as if he treated you as a witness in a court trial. Additionally, when you expressed your concerns, he responded dismissively with "So what." His overall approach appeared to intentionally discourage you from pursuing a dispute against your HOA. It's understandable why he has received very few reviews over the past decade, as the experience was highly unsatisfactory.

I really appreciate my Attorney Dave Anton expertise. He’s one first class attorney. He told me not to worry, let him handle my case. What a fantastic job…..I would recommend his law firm to anyone needing help. He’s worth every penny….period. Thanks for saving my future Sir…..Mr McClendon

Basically needed advice and a letter regarding an HOA matter. Wouldn’t write a letter unless I signed a retainer contract for $5k even though I paid him $500 to review documents and he indicated he could help. Don’t waste your money, this lawyer is not kosher! Dr Leonard Achiron

Cyrus assisted our HOA reviewing our Covenants and advising on a potential legal matter. Cyrus was professional, explained everything in layman's terms and answered all our questions without hesitation.

I called attorney Cyrus to help us with an HOA Dispute. He acted like there was hope in settling the extra attorney fees added on by GW & Associates collection attorney. However, nothing was ever done except a letter sent out saying that we didn't owe the Association any additional money. We literally were fed to the sharks and now even after paying the Judgment in full, more attorney fees have been added on totaling $5,000 more dollars. Consumers don't seem to have any rights at all in the State of Georgia, but it appears to be legal to steal people's hard earned money. We are very disappointed because we thought this attorney would help us and he did not. (No, this is not a fake or fraudulent review, I still have the proof of payment for your services.)

I recommend calling Mr. Malekabadi to see if you have a case worth pursuing. I appreciated his frank, straightforward manner, his interest in my situation, and his ability to help me decide how and if I should pursue my HOA situation in court. He talked to me, when so many other lawyers wouldn't.

Working with Cyrus was top notch. He is professional, intelligent, and very knowledgeable. Worth it! As someone who has worked with a lot of attorneys, he is someone I felt I could rely on. He took time to understand my issue and its context and provided timely and sound advice. This was a relief as other attorneys have given me the run around, but Cyrus was to the point and his advice was very useful. I strongly recommend choosing his firm!

This lawyer named Cyrus finally contacted via phone after several attempts to reach him, it took him 2 days to get back to me. His excuse... I was in court...(really you're a lawyer thats like calling a plumber and he gets back to you 2 days later and says sorry I was fixing leaky pipes.) All lawyers or lawfirms I've ever contacted have intake assistants or paralegals answering their calls to set up consultations, gathering information etc. But anyway he calls me and is a keeps saying how can I help you. I tell him I have a HOA lawsuit and need legal defense..he replies abrubtly so how can I help you! So Im like this is weird his website states he does HOA defense but he keeps interrupting me and saying so how can I help you! He was very rude abrasive, unprofessional and plainy told me I would lose in court to the HOA and they would take my house...Then he tells me sorry..I don't think I can help you. Who would hire an attorney you call for help and they tell you rudely you you're going to lose in court. This is the worst phone consultation I've had with a lawyer in my entire life and I've spoken to alot of them. Totally negative experience.
