Excellent response to my inquiry! So far the only attorney who is willing to help me with my HOA issue.

I requested a consultation this morning and received a call back within 3 hours. I wish I knew exactly who contacted e but I did not get te name of the attorney. I started to call back and detail the nature of the call because the attorney should Not be interacting with potential clients. This guy aggressively interrupted me, answering rebutals for each segment of the history before I could complete the current status. My issuse with the HOA account dispute, garnishment and improperly managed bank records/funds goes back several years. It was very exhausting to have to ask him to let me finish, say I know that, I'm giving you the story. Any attorney may not be able to provide legal advise or assist with an isdue, but you will never know unless you Listen. I was so rattled when he said "so what do you want me to do"? I said Nothing. Have a good day. You've already shot me down and told me how everything I'm relating is out of my hands. So you Missed the opportunity to acknowledge if the HOA isn't confirming my payments where are those records for me and other homeowners? What does that say about the HOA fiduciary integrity? AT one point he even said I could file bankruptcy👀

I needed an HOA expert to look over the bylaws and declaration of a condominium's HOA. I was charged $14,000 for an alleged AIR BNB violation. I, an attorney, who has not worked on any HOA settlements before wanted to get an experienced attorney to do the job. I was not disappointed in the work I received form this firm. The $14,000 was eventually settled to $300. I highly suggest this firm for your HOA needs.

Cyrus is great - he helped me out of a tough HOA situation that really concerned me - the HOA didn't allow renters and he helped me find a way for them to allow a renter. He saved my investment and gave me peace of mind ! Polite attitude, and does not rush you - I would recommend him!

I obtained The Law Office of Cyrus to assist with helping me come to a settlement agreement with my HOA Property Management company as they were trying to make me pay $3365 in fines for not having my house pressure washed. I thought that this was ridiculous and my lawyer agreed that is was a bit much and he agreed to draft up a letter. I’m a single mom, so I don’t have a lot of money to work with. He gave me a flat rate. Cyrus went over and beyond the call of duty. He was in correspondence with the HOA property management lawyer and we came to a settlement agreement. I was given time to pay what was owed for HOA assessments and the lawyer fees that the property management company had incurred on my behalf and I didn’t have to pay the fines that they had assessed me. Simple, straightforward law firm to work with. Cyrus has been very knowledgeable and extremely professional. If your HOA is giving you the run around I'd highly recommend speaking with this law firm. He won't tell you what you want to hear necessarily, as the laws are kind of stacked against you as the homeowner, but the information he provides is vital for knowing your rights as a homeowner and battling the HOA in the most effective means possible. I found his fee estimates to be very reasonable and he is very easy to talk to for an attorney. I was a little apprehensive to call an attorney because they can be so dry, but I'm so thankful his number popped up first when I did my search for one. He's definitely the attorney I'm going with. I would give him twice the stars if I could. I read the other reviews... a giggled a little, the other reviewer was frustrated that he didn't return his call on a court day? If our case goes to court I hope Cyrus deals with our case with the same laser focus he was undoubtedly giving those clients. I would have only seen that as a great sign you've got the right attorney. I rarely give reviews, there are just so few hours in the day, but I wanted anyone looking for one to know what my experience has been thus far.

This lawyer named Cyrus finally contacted via phone after several attempts to reach him, it  took him 2 days to get back to me. His excuse... I was in court...(really you're a lawyer thats like calling a plumber  and he gets back to you 2 days later and says sorry I was fixing leaky pipes.) All lawyers or lawfirms I've ever contacted  have intake assistants or paralegals  answering their calls to set up consultations, gathering information etc. But anyway he calls me and is a keeps saying how can I help you. I tell him I have a HOA lawsuit and need legal defense..he replies abrubtly so how can I help you! So Im like this is weird his website states he does HOA defense but he keeps interrupting me and saying so how can I help you! He was very rude abrasive, unprofessional and plainy told me I  would lose in court to the HOA and they would take my house...Then he tells me sorry..I don't think I can help you. Who would hire an attorney you call for help and they tell you rudely you you're going to lose in court. This is the worst phone consultation I've had with a lawyer in my entire life and I've spoken to alot of them. Totally negative experience.
