I hired Ms Khaki and her staff for social security disability. Although this can be a very slow process and its random how the SSD decides who is approved and who isn't. They have stood by me and been so helpful. I'd like to specifically name her Paralegal Asia who has be amazing, patient, and so understanding. I just recently got my administrative hearing appt and needless to say I got a bit anxiety driven/worrisome over making sure they have everything they need. Asia is always so nice and patient through all my jibber jabber and politely answers all my questions (even if I repeat them) to ensure I feel better about where things stand. I could say so much more, but right now for anyone who needs a good attorney AND staff, she is the one to go to. But you have to do your part too and get them the info and stay connected at least via email once a month letting them know your doctors, new doctors etc... as its very important, you can't just hire then drop off the radar. Stacey and Jeanette (and their team of course) represented me during my difficult process. As someone who had never been through this, I did not realize how invaluable their advice and guidance was until we got to court. If I had listened to my own advice, and that of close friends, I would have made my situation much worse. I don't know where to begin, as I am so overwhelmed with satisfaction and happiness with this firm! I found The Atlanta Divorce Law Group online, and saw that they were one of the best law firms in the Atlanta Metro Area that practices family law. As soon as I obtained them for their legal support/ services and representation, they went right to work on my case. My case was/ is not an easy one, a rather unique and difficult one where I was wrongfully accused of having outstanding arrearage in back child support which wasn't true, and yet the Child Support Agencies continued to pursue me anyway to the point where my bank account was frozen with a lien, passport revoked/ seized, etc. Life as we know it was starting to quickly change for the worse right in front of my eyes. Words are not enough to say how highly I think of the Khaki Law Firm. I dealt mostly with Patrice and Asia and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I always felt well taken care of as periodically usually Asia would call me just to check in with me to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. My appeal was won and I'm convinced it was due to the professionalism and care that Patrice and Asia exhibited. Even though the court system was backed up by several years, Patrice and Asia always stayed in touch. When the day finally came that we went to court, I know if it wasn't for the Khaki Law Firm I probably wouldn't have won my appeal. After my court case was completed, Patrice suggested I contact Social Security Disability about receiving benefits for my 17-year-old son. Long story short - my son received money that will greatly ease financial worries for him during college. I cannot recommend the Khaki Law Firm enough!
