Mr Sanford WAS my lawyer for 6 month in a business litigation. He was signing legally binding agreement without our knowledge, surrendered sensitive documents without our permission (in fact we agreed not to expose these documents), and had a very limited narrow understanding for my case. We ended up in finding another law firm to limit the damages that Mr Sanford was causing to us.

We have been working with Byron and his team for many years now. They have helped us with a number of different items; M&A, buyouts, shareholders agreements, buy/sell agreements, general liability questions, and much more. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest attorney who will truely become a partner and not just legal counsel. We feel like they are our own "law department".
