Campbell and Brannon was used by the seller on my home closing. It was a contingency that we must use them as our closing attorney. WORST DECISION EVER! They only favor the seller and made me hire outside legal counsel to obtain a credit for a broken appliance that was never fixed by the seller. They held this earnest money for two weeks until I was able to get it back. Very long and stressful process. I would suggest using another company.

As usual, the staff was welcoming and pleasant - office looked great - everything was COVID-19 compliant - and the attorney (Steve Golden) handled everything like a consummate pro! Always a pleasure to have a closing at Campbell and Brannon.
