Brian Parker took over my case from another firm. Within the first couple of conversations with him, I was impressed. He is very knowledgeable about personal injury matters and how to best fight your case, and he was very responsive to my phone calls, taking time to explain thoroughly and listen to my thoughts. I have been represented by various lawyers for different matters over the course of my life, and my experience with Brian stands out like a beacon. What a different reputation lawyers would have if more of them conducted themselves and their responsibilities as Brian does!!

Brian took over my case from another law firm that had done nothing in almost 2 years. Brian walked me through each aspect of the case and genuinely cared about getting me the best possible result. The insurance company denied responsibility for my injuries to my first lawyer. Brian never stopped working and the insurance company finally offered a good settlement on the day trial was going to start. If Brian hadnt worked so hard they would have never taken responsibility for my injuries. I will make sure all my friends and family memebers call Brian if they ever need anything.

Brian took over my car wreck case from another attorney after the insurance company denied responsibility. The first lawyer I hired on the case just wanted a quick settlement and when that didnt work they didn't want to roll their sleeves up and fight. Brian filed a lawsuit and fought for 2 years before the insurance asked us to mediate the case. At mediation we were able to settle my case for good amount. None of this would have happened without Brian constantly pushing the defense lawyer and adjuster. Brian stays busy but he would always take the time to talk to me to let me know what was going on with my case. My first lawyer wouldnt even give me his direct line at the office -- Brian gave me his cell phone and home number. Not many other lawyers care enough about their clients to do that. I hope I never have another car crash but if I do, or any of my friends or family do, there is no doubt that Brian will be my first and only call.

After waiting almost 3 years to get anything done on our case, our other "attorney" (and I use this term lightly) passed our case over to Brian. Brian had our case wrapped up and finished mediation with a decent settlement within 6 months! If it weren't for Brian, I don't know where we would be in our suit! He answered any questions and walked us thru every step through mediation so we didn't have to go to court. We are so grateful! We haven't gotten our portion of the settlement yet, but we just finished mediation on Jun. 30. After we have recieved our check, I will come back on to edit this review to let you know how long it took. I would, however, recommend him to my own mother!!! He is just that great!!! Brian was a great lawyer. He was kind, compassionate, and willing to fight for the "little guy". He knew the law and was able to represent us well. Nothing can ever make me whole again but he did his best to make sure we would be treated fairly. I would definately use him again and have recommended him to friends and family.
