I reached out to Casey a few days after my accident after it became clear the other insurance company was not willing work with us in any way. My wife and I both suffered from injuries and they consistently failed to return phone calls or speak with me. When I called, Jennifer was very helpful and explained the process well. From the beginning she gave me a good feeling that they were going to do everything they could to help us through it. About an hour later, Casey called me while on vacation to discuss the situation and what we could expect moving forward. Casey Stevens and his paralegal did a good job representing my wife and I. We were involved in a terrible auto accident. A tractor trailor (18 wheeler) moving at a fast speed on an interstate highway failed to check his mirrors and hit our car while we were in the crusing lane. The driver the truck was in the passing lane traveling at 80 mph when the truck hit us.
