My name is Jimmy Tian. I am a property manager of a small LLC. We had a dispute with a tenant about $1,450 security deposit. The issue could be easily resolved in a Magistrate Court. R. Kyle Paske of this firm filed it to a superior court. The purpose of his filing the $1,450 lawsuit to a superior court is Defendant must have an attorney and he can make much more money. His first settlement offer to my attorney is demanding us to give him $9,000. After his nonsense request was rejected, he has been taking this $1,450 issue as a million dollar’s case. He frequently sent extremely lengthy emails to my attorney. The emails were so lengthy that it took my attorney one hour to read and respond one, probably took R. Kyle Paske two hours to write. One email cost over a thousand US dollar! He sent a notice of deposition last week. The deposition will cost thousands of dollars. While we must fight with him in court, I think it’s necessary to let people know this hungry greedy and immoral person. We’ll contact medias and report what his doing.
