I consulted Miguel on a tenant I had in my building that was not paying rent. He guided me through the process and really took his time on this small issue. He really took ownership of the situation which left me with a great impression of him. Would definitely recommend him!

Very thoughtful and sympathetic. Gave me my legal options and made me feel better about my situation. Always returned my calls and never minded re-explaining things to me. Was reasonable with his prices. Very professional and kind. I liked the way he spoke to me and didn't make me feel bad about my issues.
