Ramesh, Sandeep, Harini, Prajakta and others are very professional. Their process was simple and easily understandable. They are very responsive for my queries for the most part.Their answers are short and straight to the point with no ambiguity. They even answer my questions now, after I received my permanent resident card. I would strongly recommend this firm. The bottom line is they absolutely know what they talk, do. They only downside I see was, some times they were slow in responding and I felt it was a little harder to catch them on phone.
