Amazing Workshop presented by amazing speaker and attorney!

Laura Herrin was my attorney. She helped me update and rewrite my Will and POA'S for both Durable Financial and Advance Directive for Healthcare. Laura was quite professional and efficient yet she made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I never felt rushed. Joan the Administrator was incredibly knowledgeable and capable of answering any questions or concerns I sent her way. I will recommend this group any chance I get!!

Jim and his team did an excellent job both educating us and creating our wills, healthcare directives and power of attorney documents. The package provided to us was well organized, with clear instructions for our heirs on what documents were included, and how to use them.

I am a clock watcher... resulting from being a teacher... but the first time I checked my watch, I was amazed to see it had been an hour and a half. Also amazing is that I was enjoying the presentation. Mr. Miskell was professional and personable and explained very well. I learned quite a lot!

The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. I was pretty stressed out when I got there as I haven't had much contact with lawyers. The conference room had a large screen TV with moving artwork depicting an autmun scene that slowed down my heartbeat and calmed me. I didn't know much about wills or trusts, but they educated me and it was very easy to learn what would best suit my needs. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all. They provided me with a notebook with all my information laid out and a USB drive also. This made it very easy to complete the trust funding process. I am confident when I'm gone my family will be very thankful that I did this for them instead of just getting a will. I would suggest you take one of the seminars they offer before making an appointment. A lot of your questions will be answered in the seminar.
