At my initial Divorce consult with Mr. Saginar, I was extremely impressed by his patience on wanting to understand my case. He was a great listener and asked me thorough questions that no other attorney, I had retained in the past, had asked. He provided a clear understanding of my options going forward and did not give me false expectations. He came across honest and caring. He even advised me, based on his personal experience, not as an attorney. He could sense my insecurities about my marriage and provided me with very wise advised. He was knowledgeable about the law and straight forward. I felt comfortable and at ease that Mr. Saginar will do his best to protect me. I wished I had met Mr. Saginar earlier in my case. The one hour free consult ended up being two hours, but Mr. Saginar did not rushed me or charged me for the extra time. He was courteous and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend Mr. Saginar.

Mr. Saginar remained close by our side, the entire case. He was present in the court. He spoke to the judge privately. Mr. Saginar understood our side, and the need to ultimately have the entire proceeding expunged. --And while it did take months (as Mr. Saginar said that it would), ultimately the case was fully removed. As our lawyer, Mr. Saginar followed the case diligently. (He told us that he would check on the process every few weeks, and he did so). His knowledge let him know how long the process would extend. ---And how wonderful is it, when your 'advocate,' your lawyer, even joins you for lunch during the proceedings, to outline his immediate and long-range plans. Edwin really goes above and beyond in his practice. I used him for my custody case with my son. It was drawn out over the span of a year and he really didn't miss a beat. I came out with more than I asked for with regards to custody and because of the additions to the custody agreement my son and I are creating a much deeper relationship...something that looking back on if I didn't have I would have missed out on some pretty awesome bond building moments. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone seeking help. He is a man of exceptional knowledge in his field.

SAGINAR WITH RESPECT TO A DOMESTIC RELATIONS CASE. HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE DEFINITELY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN THIS CASE AND WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH IN ALL PROCEEDINGS RELATED TO THE CASE. HE TRULY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS. HE IS NOT LIKE A TYPICAL "DIVORCE" LAWYER THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT GETTING THEIR FEE AND GETTING AS MANY CASES AS POSSIBLE. ALTHOUGH THE OUTCOME WAS NOT 100% IN OUR FAVOR IT WAS NOT DUE TO A LACK OF EFFORT ON MR. SAGINAR'S PART. I AM IN A PROFESSION SIMILAR TO AN ATTORNEY AND I ONLY HOPE THAT I REPRESENT MY CLIENTS IN THE SAME MANNER AS HE DID. I CANNOT IMAGINE SOMEONE FEELING THAT HE DID NOT GIVE THE MATTER HIS FULL ATTENTION.

I have personally worked with Edwin Saginar for over 18 years, and have recommended his legal counsel to countless potential clients for both Family Law related issues and Criminal Defense issues, including complicated appeals. I also have the expertise to distinguish the attributes that make a good trial lawyer, having worked in the legal field since 1987. I can say without hesitation that Mr. Saginar is one of the best trial lawyers I've had the privelege of knowing. I can further remark, in reviewing other posts on this forum, that in every court case someone wins and someone loses, and while the skill and performance of the legal counsel on both sides is important, it is not the defining factor in the outcome. There are thousands of clients out there unhappy with their outcomes, but it does not mean they had poor representation. It means they availed themselves of our judicial process, and despite their attorney's performance, they did not prevail. I recommend this attorney highly.

Mr. Saginar has represented me in several issues relating to Child Support, Custody and visitation issues, and attributed peripheral actions. The process lasted several years. During that time Mr. Saginar never failed to meet his obligations and responsibilities. He was supportive, constructive in his advise and actions, and managed to gain ground ultimately prevailing in an extremely adversarial battle. He is dedicated and passionate regarding his profession. I doubt seriously I would have the gained ground and relationship with my son I have today had it not been for the undeniable work put forth by Mr. Saginar. Prior to our relationship, I hired and fired three attorneys. Mr. Saginar was the first attorney who actually listened to me. I have known this gentleman for 15 years and have since had several legal issues review and implemented by him, all handled with the same expertise and compassion that was present when he was hired.
