Contacted firm, and they were all great until I mentioned I had MetLife legal cover and then they dropped communication and said they couldn’t represent me even though they are listed as a MetLife covered firm. Very disappointed, and unprofessional.

I’ve had the opportunity to experience the professional services of Amanda Dickens and the firm she represents, Vayman & Teitelbaum. My need for their services arose from a family/domestic situation, which isn’t always under the best circumstances. My case involves custody modification and contempt’s against the opposing party. Amanda has made the journal a manageable aspect of my life. It is a very emotional roller coaster, and she has utilized her expertise and knowledge to help me cope with the stress of domestic litigation. I am currently in the process of litigation, but I feel I’m in good hands with Amanda and the firm. I originally had prior counsel at a different firm. I felt my previous attorney and firm did not have my best interest first and foremost. I felt like a number that generated revenue. I decided to change attorneys and did my own research of multiple firms. I narrowed the search and interviewed a few. I met with the founder of Vayman & Teitelbaum for a consultation. She was truly interested in my case and asked the right questions. She decided to pair me with Amanda, which turned out to be a great fit. Amanda can be described as an overall good-hearted person. Some of her attributes that I feel set her apart as an elite attorney are; organization, detail oriented, responsive, understands and relates, compassionate, explains the why, returns communications, methodically makes decisions, and stands strong in interactions with opposing counsel. I feel Amanda may be the best in explaining why something is happening. It’s hard to get lost in the “want’ for instant gratification. She helps in the “why”. One big aspect is Amanda responds to communications in a timely manner. I have never had to track down an answer. I stated earlier that my case is still in process, but I am satisfied with Amanda’s service to date and feel she will continue to provide elite service and protect my rights as well as the rights of my child.

They are bad people they took my money, they didn’t do what what we ask them to do,after we paid them, every month the charge u a crazy amount of money, then right before the the court day they drop us from being our lawyer on a very important case, that’s right after they got there money, young lawyers who looking for some easy money smh
