If it was possible to give negative stars, I would do it. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM unless you want to lose everything. They are way overpriced and provide horrible representation, if it can even be called that. In my divorce case, my income was never brought up by my attorneys and the judge was allowed to believe incorrect financial information. The nonchallannt, dismissive attitude of these attorneys is truly stunning.

Michael represented me with my divorce case, he is an AWESOME attorney also an AWESOME person. He’s very attentive to the smallest of things or the biggest, Michael is caring and compassionate at what he does. Everything was always under control and taken care of with Michael, he’s firm when he has to be. But will always try his best to see if an alternate more peaceful resolution between both parties can be made, I would HIGHLY recommend Michael for anyone in need of a GREAT divorce attorney.

Expensive and charge for needless expenses. In GA most lawyers are going to follow equitable division of asset laws anyhow so find a firm that will work with your ex to an amicable compromise other than MT Law.

Amanda Gallardo is the best lawyer I could ever have for my hard time. Divorce is hard for everyone and I was stressed and worried. She was so nice to talk to and explain things very easy for me to understand. She always respond to my emails very quickly. Everything processed very fast because she is just on top of everything! I contacted Charlotte Ruble when other attorneys had let me down. After 3 years of divorce and custody fighting, most attorney’s simply weren’t interested. Charlotte was willing to work within my financial constraints and find the right level of support for me. Thankfully her and her team (Andrea Palmer, Lily Bristow, and Lauren Zaki) were there when my custody battle escalated from bad to crazy. The final week of trial was a blur, but the Meriwether and Tharpe team took care of details that other attorneys had missed. Charlotte’s performance in front of a tough Forsyth County judge was spectacular. When the smoke had cleared I had custody of my daughter.
