Occasional unprofessional handling of appointments
“Even though they didn't have any earlier appointments I still waited..Yesterday I received a reminder about my phone consultation for today and I told they told me to give them a call.. Today at my exact appointment time I called them and the secretary tells me that the lawyer had an emergency and she had to leave the office and that she will call me within the next hour... I never received a phone call from them at all.”
