Paul is honest, hard-working, and smart. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the process of fighting in the North Georgia District for Long Term Disability Benefits under ERISA. My husband suffers from an unusual and misunderstood illness but has objective evidence of his disabilities (not just self-reported symptoms). Paul wrote a series of excellent briefs for our case, which resulted in a big win, including attorney's fees paid for us by the insurance company! In addition, our case was "published" so that other attorneys will be able to cite it as court precedent.

Paul did a fantastic job on my case. He handled everything in a timely manner. He was forceful when necessary with opposing council, but handled everything in a completely professional manner. I was completely happy with the outcome and would recommend Paul to anyone needing an attorney for a labor issue.

He has been the only attorney I have seen to reply to emails and/or respond to a phone call in a VERY timely manner. This alone speaks volumes of who he is and how he addresses issues/questions. I have been well pleased by his actions and would recommend him (and have) to others.
